What You'll Learn
Our Pathway curriculum is drawn from the 10838NAT Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and honours the Pilates Method as taught by Joseph Pilates. It is strategically informed by modern health and evidence-based movement science, anatomy and physiology to create a comprehensive and balanced learning experience.

- Matwork Programming for group class: The Pilates International Categorisation™ (PIC) System.
- Small Apparatus Repertoire (52 exercises): Fitball, Foam Roller, Magic Circle (Pilates Circle), Weights and Poles, and Theraband.
- Reformer Repertoire (56 exercises).
