Co-teaching this Mat class will give two times the fun and learning, integrating small props into traditional and modern repertoire and sequences.

This Masterclass is part of a Perth-based, two-day Pilates intensive exploring classical lineage and modern application. Led by Sally Anderson and Lanette Helene, this immersive experience blends traditional repertoire from key Pilates lineages with contemporary movement science. Designed for experienced teachers and dedicated practitioners, the program includes in-depth workshops, open masterclasses, and apparatus-based exploration. PDP: 1.5.
