Reformer Immersion Workshop 2.0

Reformer Immersion Workshop 2.0

If you attended this workshop in 2023, you’ll love this expanded exploration of the concept. This three-hour experiential workshop, presented by Pilates ITC Directors, Frances Cahill and Suzanne Newby, offers a deep dive into the Reformer Pilates Method repertoire. Through guided practice, observation and discussion, we will immerse ourselves in the work: analysing, refining and re-examining key exercises to uncover greater clarity, purpose and depth.

Drawing on both archival foundations and contemporary interpretations, we will explore variations, progressions and teaching pathways to support intelligent programming and confident cueing across both group class and studio settings. The focus is on why we choose certain exercises, how they create change and when to progress or adapt them for different bodies and goals.

Designed for post-graduate Reformer or Diploma-qualified teachers, this workshop is ideal for those looking to elevate their teaching through a deeper understanding of functional anatomy and movement biomechanics—and how these principles, when fully integrated, can create meaningful and lasting impact on overall health and movement quality.

When | Saturday, 14 February, 1.15pm – 4.15pm
Where | Movement Principle Pilates, Brisbane
Cost | $300
