This will be a workshop session exploring key studio exercises and variations from the Lessen/Trier repertoire, alongside variations from parallel lineages as well as modern variations for specific client needs.

This Workshop is part of a Perth-based, two-day Pilates intensive exploring classical lineage and modern application. Led by Sally Anderson and Lanette Helene, this immersive experience blends traditional repertoire from key Pilates lineages with contemporary movement science. Designed for experienced teachers and dedicated practitioners, the program includes in-depth workshops, open masterclasses, and apparatus-based exploration.
