Professional (and personal) development and self-mastery are linked: you can’t have one without the other. Your journey with Pilates, in your own body and mind, doesn’t end when you have your certificate in hand.In fact, this is only the beginning!
Commitment to Continuing Education (CE) as life-long learning is a fundamental cultural commitment we share with our Student, Graduate and Educator family. It is also something we work to make accessible to our peers across the country and around the world. We’re always learning, in all ways!
Pilates ITC facilitates Continuing Education events across the country as hosted by Educators and peers in our network of affiliated Studios. Our team works hard to recruit the brightest Pilates- and multidisciplinary- minds and movers from around the world and bring them to our shores for you.
The Continuing Education cancellation policy is defined against event-delivery format: recorded event or recorded event or in-Studio/live only online event.
The minimum cancellation window for in-Studio/live only online event is 7 days before the scheduled start of the event; cancellation must be documented via email to administration@pilatesitc.edu.au within this time frame.
Recorded Events are non-refundable. Administration will issue a link to the recording regardless of attendance at the live event. Please be mindful that in-Studio events and some sold-out digital events have limited capacity. If you anticipate you will not attend, please notify Administration at your earliest possible convenience.
There’s “no minimum required” experience to come along for most* CE events. It’s never too early to learn something new in your own body, or observe that work in others’.
Pilates ITC sponsored CE events are led by industry professionals with specialised expertise in areas that compliment and will enhance your learning of our coursework. So, go ahead and register!
*Some events explore specialised topics that may be beyond Students’ scope of practice and understanding. While all CE events are useful for Students, advanced topics may not be as accessible. If in doubt, check with Student Administration before registering!

If you attended this workshop in 2023, you’ll love this expanded exploration of the concept. This three-hour experiential workshop, presented by Pilates ITC Directors, Frances Cahill and Suzanne Newby, offers a deep dive into the Reformer Pilates Method repertoire. Through guided practice, observation and discussion, we will immerse ourselves in the work: analysing, refining and re-examining key exercises to uncover greater clarity, purpose and depth.
Drawing on both archival foundations and contemporary interpretations, we will explore variations, progressions and teaching pathways to support intelligent programming and confident cueing across both group class and studio settings. The focus is on why we choose certain exercises, how they create change and when to progress or adapt them for different bodies and goals.
Designed for post-graduate Reformer or Diploma-qualified teachers, this workshop is ideal for those looking to elevate their teaching through a deeper understanding of functional anatomy and movement biomechanics—and how these principles, when fully integrated, can create meaningful and lasting impact on overall health and movement quality.
When | Saturday, 14 February, 1.15pm – 4.15pm

Cost | $300
