Inner Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Cabarita Beach dedicated to the teaching of the physical art of True Pilates, also known as Romana’s Pilates, which upholds the integrity of the original ‘Joseph Pilates’ method of body and mind conditioning. They offer small Group, Duo and Private Reformer, Matwork and Tower classes.
