Physical-ease Recovery Clinic opened in Murrumbateman in January 2018 offering the community and its surrounds a new option for rehabilitation and physical conditioning using Soft Tissue Therapy and the Pilates Method as principal modalities.

In addition to rehabilitation services, the clinic offers a range of Pilates instruction including private, duet and semi-private studio training on supportive but challenging apparatus, as well as a range of mat classes for people wanting to keep their bodies strong and mobile.

In June, 2019, the Clinic was awarded the start-up business award from the Yass Valley Business Chamber.

Since then, the business has grown to include two new Pilates instructors and a second site in the township of Yass, located within the recently refurbished Yass Valley Health Clinic on Lead Street. This site includes a range of allied health services and we are proud to be offering a full-service Pilates studio to compliment what is an outstanding health facility for the people of the Yass Valley.
