A beautiful studio, located in the Yahweh Holistic Health Clinic, Pure Balance Pilates is a fully equipped, WorkCover approved, studio. Offering group classes and specialised private sessions for everyone – from the absolute beginner to the elite athlete.

Our classes are always individualised with programs designed to your specific needs; whether your goal is rehabilitation, sports specific, or general health and wellbeing. We have maximum capacity of 6 people to increase practitioner time for each person.
