Revive Pilates has two, spacious studios in Toorak Gardens, each fully equipped with state of the art Pilates apparatus, designed to provide a highly-personalised training experience. The Studio provides Clinical Pilates, and group Matwork and Reformer classes. Led by Pilates ITC Educator, Aimee Speak, Revive is an inclusive fitness space where everyone can feel comfortable, empowered and achieve a more confident relationship with themselves.

Aimee’s teaching style focuses on empowering clients to connect with their bodies, deepen their mind-body connection, and foster a sense of mindfulness and self-awareness. She prioritises proper form and alignment, while also encouraging clients to listen to their bodies and to challenge/modify exercises as needed to prevent injury and promote a safe and effective workout.
