Yue Dance Academy is owned by Pilates ITC Educator Mana Ogawa. Mana holds an Advanced Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and has over a decade of Pilates experience. Mana discovered the Method during her professional dance training, continuing her practice throughout her career as a professional dancer. Pilates classes at Yue Dance Academy focus on core strength, alignment, and mobility.
