It also offers free onsite parking. Our upstairs studio overlooks a leafy park and playing fields – a feature that enhances your mind body connection.

We are a family owned business with a passion for Pilates. Having found Pilates through injury, owners Eric and Karen Campise have experienced firsthand the benefits that Pilates can bring to you, your family and friends.

Our male and female instructors are Diploma Qualified by the internationally renowned Polestar Pilates.
